These terms cover the work Sianthex does for you. They apply once you accept a quote, in writing or by email.
1. The work
Every project starts with a written quote listing the pages, the price, and the date it goes live. Anything outside that list is quoted separately before we start it.
2. Payment
The build fee is due before we begin. The monthly maintenance fee is billed at the start of each month. All prices are in dirhams and exclude VAT where it applies.
3. What maintenance includes
Hosting, backups, security updates, and edits to existing pages. New sections, new templates, and anything requiring a new integration are quoted on top.
4. Your material
You confirm you have the right to use the text, images, and logos you send us. We use them only to build and run your site.
5. Ownership
Once the build fee is paid, the site and its code are yours. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Ending the agreement
Either side can end the maintenance agreement with one month's notice. We move the site to your own hosting at no extra cost.
7. Liability
We keep the site online and backed up, but we are not liable for lost revenue caused by outages at third-party hosts, registrars, or payment providers.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
